Email to Dentist re RDA license renewal 2022

Mar 28, 2022 | General Advisories for Registrants

Dear Dentists:

As you may or may not be aware, April 15, 2022, is the deadline for registered dental assistants (RDAs) to renew their licenses.  An email was sent to all 839 currently licensed RDAs on March 14, 2022.

As of today, 200 RDAs have completed their license renewals. Among the 639 who have not yet completed their license renewals, 51 have not yet opened the March 14 email.

You may wish to consider checking with your RDAs to confirm that they have received and opened the email sent on March 14.  This may help avoid them missing the license renewal deadline and being unable to perform intraoral duties on May 1.

Sincerely,

Dr. Doug Mackey, DDS
Registrar
