Registration and Licensing Review Committee

This is the Committee whose role it is to review situations where an applicant has been denied registration and licensing by the Registrar or the Registrarion and Licensing Committee.

The legislated authority for this Committe is set out in Sections 27-59 of the Regulated Health Professions Act.

An unsuccessful applicant may request a review of the decision within 30 days of being notified of the decision. The process is outlined in a document found at this link.
